At the August Monthly Networking Breakfast, Maryland Secretary of Budget and Management David Brinkley will be presenting.

If you wish to attend, you should know that you will need to pay $10 at the door. You will need to reserve your spot ahead of time so food and seats can be planned, but anyone can attend.
