Hoppy Easter, Eldersburg! Easter is always a great day, because people get together and celebrate and have fun looking for eggs that were hidden by a bunny! All the bright colors and festive activities get everyone in a good mood.

We’ve done some searching, and have found some activities that you and your family can attend for Easter weekend! Here they are.

Eldersburg Branch Library

From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the 12th, children from ages 2-5 can come in and paint their very own eggs at the library!

Baltimore Humane Society

Join the Baltimore Humane Society for their Easter Eggstravaganza on April 20 from 12-3 p.m. There will be games and an egg hunt, as well as a chance to take a family picture, pet included, with the Easter Bunny! It’s $5 per family to enjoy the fun and games.

Chapelgate Presbyterian Church

The church is holding it’s own egg hunt on April 20th from 10 a.m. to noon, weather permitting. Kids can enjoy Easter stories, arts and crafts, and even face painting! There are three separate egg hunts: one fr elementary aged kids, one for younger kids, and one for those with special needs who would prefer to be in an area with less people.

Of course there’s more Easter egg hunts and Easter festivities around Eldersburg, but these were the best ones we found. We hope you find some eggs with really good candy in them!
