The first day of spring was just a few days ago, meaning it’s almost time for summer camp registration and summer camp fun! We’ve come up with a few different places around Eldersburg that are having summer camps we thing you and your children will love.
ABC Care has several locations for several different camps. The two below are closest to Eldersburg, however you can look at what else they have to offer here.
Adventure Camp at Piney Run Park
This camp runs from June 17th to August 16th every week day, except for July 4th. It is offered for grades K-8th, and it’s weekly sessions where you can either be a full-time camper (where you stay at camp all day), or a part-time camper.
Every Tuesday of each week, the camp takes you to the Cascade Pool to cool off, and every Thursday there will be a fun field trip of either roller skating, bowling, or ice skating! There will be theme weeks and days for you and all your friends to enjoy!
It is currently $60 per week, and there’s a sibling discount, so after your first child, you get $5 off the rest of the children’s admissions. For more information on this camp and where and how to register, click here!
Piney Run Park Nature Camp
This camp runs for two weeks, and there are only two sessions for it so sign up ASAP! The first sessions from August 19-23, and the second is from August 26-30. Again, you have the choice of being full- or part-time camper, and it is for grades K-8.
This is a nature camp, so of course there will be more than enough outdoor activities and adventures to be had. There will be guided nature hikes, fishing, sports, scavenger hunts, and so much more! The same pricing for the first camp applies to this camp. For more information about the nature camp, visit here.

Students will learn and experience a variety of dance forms like ballet, modern, jazz, and so much more. They will also get to go swimming, eat ice cream, and have a great time!
The Junior Ballet Intensive runs the same times as the Summer Camp does. This summer camp, however, is for advanced beginners who are serious about their ballet. This camp is $320, but you still get the 5% discount if you register before April 1st.
Ballet Intensive is for those who are looking to learn ballet more seriously under the advisory of Guest Instructor Dmitri Malikov.
