Running is one of those activities that makes a lot of people cringe at the very thought. If you are one of these people, then you may be wondering why anyone would get up at the crack of dawn to run.
Running is a great aerobic activity that can help you to get in shape, strengthen your bones, boost your immune system, and get a handle on your cholesterol. It can also help to improve your mental stamina, self-esteem, and more. Running regularly can even help with symptoms of depression.
